1,Overview

2,Main features
- It adopts the weighing type filling principle to ensure that the liquid is free from contamination. The filling accuracy is high In applications where the requirements are not high the self-flow type or negative pressure type filling principle can be adopted.
- The filling system is provided with the anti-leaking device, realizing filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly and avoiding bubbles.
- The filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface with simple operation and fast adjustment.
- During bottle washing, the robot arm is adopted to grab the bottle, make the bottle mouth face downward for washing, and swing the bottle to the left, right, front and back at different angles to let the residual water in the bottle flow out.
- During cap turning, the mechanical hand is adopted for cap taking, and the three-gripper pneumatic cap turning head is adopted for cap turning. Driven by servo motor with adjustable torque.
- It can be equipped with a stoppling mechanism.
- The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed control and high degree of automation.
- The whole line adopts linear bottle moving In order to save space, the rotary bottle moving mode can also be adopted.
- The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements.
- The whole line can complete filling, case packing, palletizing, etc, only requiring 1-3 people for operation.
