1 Overview
The production line is suitable for packaging production such as bottle unscrambling, air washing, filling, cap feeding, cap turning(pressing)(or cap grabbing), aerating, large cap feeding, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of spray and aerosol bottles in such industries as medicine, daily chemical industry, chemical industry, etc. It has reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products. It is also suitable for filling of other packaging materials such as droppers.
2 Main technical parameters of production line
It adopts automatic bottle unscrambling instead of manual work, saving manpower.
Purified air is used to rinse bottles, ensuring clean bottles. It is also equipped with the ion wind device for eliminating static electricity.
It adopts the plunger metering pump to fill liquids of various viscosities with high precision. The pump can be easily disassembled, making cleaning and sterilization convenient. It can also adopt the pump structure that supports the ClP/SIP functions.
The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed control and high degree of automation.
It adopts servo motor driving. The filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface.
The filling system is provided with the anti-leaking device, realizing filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly and avoiding bubbles.
The mechanical hand feeds the cap of slim tube.Provided with the guiding function, stable and reliable.
The whole line is suitable for various specifications of bottles and adjustments can be completed conveniently within a short time.
The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements.
