3 XHL-MES project implementation

1)Business process

The overall business process includes several parts such as raw material distribution, weighing, preparing, primary filling material distribution, filling, packaging, etc., involving the warehouse, weighing room, preparation room, filing material preparation room, filling room and packaging room. 2)Technical support

Normal operation of the system is closely related to day-to-day operation of each technologist. It will be a very important period from the initial stage of the systems going online to 6 months after its going online. During this period, initial results in the system construction will be produced, and relevant leaders and users will also Have a new understanding of the benefits brought by the system. Therefore, after the system goes online, XHL will provide users with free support during the 6-month warrant period from the date of system acceptance to ensure that the system can have a stable and good status after use, and make sure that the system can continue to produce the desired effect

During this period, we will provide technical support in the following ways.

Hotline support- The end user receives technical support from the service provider by phone. The support time is 7*24 hours. The reply to technical consultation of end users will be given within 24 hours.

Internet support -We provide technical support to end users in accordance with user-specified Internet support mode. The reply to technical consultation of end users will be given within 24 hours.

On-site service -When we are unable to solve the problem remotely by phone, Internet, etc., we will go to the site for service.

The on-site service response time is within 4 hours from the time the problem was brought forward, and the arrival time is within 24 hours from the time the problem was brought forward. The results of the on-site service must be checked and accepted by the end- user s technicians, and signed and approved by the supervisor.

We will pay regular visits to customers to help solve problems that occur during System Operation.
