1 Overview

The production line is suitable for back-end-of-line packaging including bottle unscrambling, bottle washing, filling, stoppling, cap turning, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of sterile eye drop bottles in the pharmaceutical industry. It is an aseptic filling production line, fully conforming to GMP requirements. It is also applicable to the packaging of other types of bottles with inner stopples or other special design requirements. It has reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products

 

2 Filling principle

The use of a plunger ceramic pump or a peristaltic pump or the weighing type filling principle ensures that the liquid is free from contamination or other chemical reactions。

4 Main performance characteristics of production line

The whole line runs under the protection of 100-grade laminar flow, and can be installed with dust particles and airborne microbe detection system.
