1. Overview

This series of products is suitable for filling production lines of dialysate, reagent raw materials and other liquids in pharmaceutical, biological, chemical and other industries. The entire production process complies with the new national GMP requirements. Because the packaging materials are all special-shaped bottles, the design incorporates more robot functional devices or tips, and the patented technology with a number of independent intellectual property rights has reached an advanced level and can replace similar imported products.

 

2. Main characteristics

- Three-in-one structure of bottle sorting, filling and capping, with small footprint and stable and reliable operation

- Adopt ceramic pump or peristaltic pump filling principle, liquid filling is pollution-free

One man-machine interface adjusts the filling volume, making it easy to operate, with bottles filling, no bottles, no filling, no dripping

A whole line is controlled by PLC, frequency conversion and speed regulation, and has a high degree of automation.

- Various shaped bottles and bottles of different thicknesses have effective methods to complete bottle sorting, bottle positioning and other functions, which meets the needs of automated production.

- Optional 100-level laminar flow protection, dust particle, and airborne bacteria detection system

- Optional servo motor drive for the rotating cap, adjustable torque

- Entire line is designed in accordance with GMP requirements
